Terms of liability

In spite of careful control of content we do not take liabiliy for the content of external links. Only the respective operators are responsible for the content of the linked websites.
With the decision 312 O 85/98 - “Haftung für Links” (Liability for links) the Landgericht (LG) Hamburg has made clear, that operators of a website may be also responsible for the content of external links. This can only be avoided, according to the LG, by an explicit declaration that the operator dissociates himself from the contents of these links.
We state therefore, that we do not have any influence on the contents or the layout of the websites linked with ours. We dissociate ourselves explicitly from the content of all websites linked with ours and we do not make these contents to or owns. This declaration also goes for all links mentioned on our website und for all contents that can be called up by this links. If the content of any external homepage offends against national or international law, please let us know, so that we can remove the respective link.
